If you would like to be notified by email of any updates to the Arts Access schedules of audio described or sign language interpreted performances (and open captioned movies), simply let us know by sending an email message to .   Here is how the notification service works:

  1. Two separate lists will be maintained:  one for audio described programs and the other for sign language interpreted programs (plus open captioned movies).  You may request to be added to either or both lists.
  2. Whenever we update either of the two schedules, an email will be sent to everyone on the appropriate list with a summary of changes and a copy of the revised schedule, provided there are any changes of substance.
  3. If a new schedule is being published on the web simply to remove outdated entries or correct a typo not affecting a date, for example, no email will be sent.
  4. Occasionally, Arts Access may use the lists to notify participants of an arts-related event of interest outside our normal schedule.
  5. You may be removed from the list at any time or change your email address simply by contacting the webmaster, whose address is on several pages on the Arts Access web site, or simply by replying to any of our email messages.
  6. Privacy Notice:  Arts Access will only use your email address for communications regarding our programs or arts-related events we feel would be of interest to you.  Your email address will not be released to any other organization without your permission.  Users' email addresses will be suppressed when sending out notices.
